HOW CAN I SEE IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Log into your account and click the [My Account / Order Status] link in the upper right corner of the page to see the current status. You will also receive an e-mail as soon as your order is being prepared for shipment. This e-mail will include your tracking number and an estimated shipping date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail/spam folder. If you cannot find any confirmation at all, please Contact Us, as there may be an error in your order information.
IS YOUR CLOTHING TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes, most of it. Our men's sizing aligns with American standard sizing. Our men's t-shirts are classified as “modern fit,” slightly slimmer than traditional t-shirts. Women's t-shirts run small and are form-fitting; we recommend ordering one size larger if you prefer a looser fit. Women's hoodies are shorter, designed to sit at the waist rather than the hip. All men's hoodies are true to size, made slightly larger than a shirt to be worn over other clothing of the same size.
MY ORDER STILL HASN'T SHIPPED AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 3 DAYS.
Occasionally, orders are delayed due to merchandise selling faster than anticipated or delays from our garment suppliers. While we strive to prevent this and ensure items are ready to ship, backorder notifications may not always be sent. If you believe your order is delayed or your tracking number hasn't updated, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support for assistance.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Our goal is to have your order packaged and sent to the post office within 3 business days of placing it. This timeline does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will start processing on Monday morning. Delays can occur due to merchandise still in production or supplier issues.
MY PACKAGE GOT SENT BACK; AM I STILL ENTERED IN THE DRAWING?
Absolutely! Merchandise delivery and contest entries are separate processes. When you place an order on our website, two things happen:
- Your giveaway contest entries are transmitted to our sweepstakes administrator.
- Your merchandise choices are sent to our warehouse, where our team prepares and mails your items.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE SHIPPING CARRIER TO DELIVER?
Shipping time depends on your location relative to our warehouse. For example, if you live in a neighboring state, your package may arrive within a day or two. If you're across the country, it can take up to 8 business days. We recommend tracking your packages using the carrier's website and contacting us if anything seems amiss.
All stickers are shipped via USPS First Class mail which does not provide a tracking number. You are always entered into the giveaway at the time of purchase. In 99.9% of cases, the stickers always arrive. If they do not arrive, please contact support@croig.co
I PICKED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR/ITEM ON THE ORDER I JUST SUBMITTED.
If you need to change any sizes, colors, or items on an order placed within the last 24 hours, please send an email to customer service at support@croig.co. If your order has already been prepared for packaging, we may not be able to accommodate changes, but we'll do our best to assist you.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales on store.croig.co are final; refunds are not possible. Once an order is placed, entries are counted and automatically submitted to our contest. Due to legalities, we are not able to tamper with these entries once they are in.
